KAKYU (佳久) Restaurant in Kyoto
Our reservation was for our very own tatami room which was quite spacious. Honorine was able to run laps around us or lay down when she got sleepy.
Here are the pics from dinner. Unfortunately, I didn’t get pics of all the dishes, especially a memorable dish such as the Blowfish testicles that I had. It took me a while to get myself to eat it…I waited for everyone else to do so first!...

Christmas Night Experience at "Aronia de Takazawa"
This was a night that we were really excited for! Concentrating on just maybe 8 people max, at 2 tables a night, this reservation is usually one that’s hard to come by. The wait list is normally 3 months out. We got lucky, that’s all that I can say.
