PUBLIC - hmmm what can I say…this is always my go to brunch spot when I’m in town. It’s not because it’s the most delicious place, but because the atmosphere and space is awesome with its high ceilings and sky lights and most importantly, because they have Turkish Eggs, a great Bloody Mary, and Hokey Pokey.
You may ask, “but what am I looking at here, Kim?”. Well, the top right corner are coconut pancakes with fresh ricotta, mango salad and ginger-lime syrup. The bottom is somewhat of a savory dish…okay, get your arteries ready for this…Black Pudding Waffles - as in Boudin Noir, Blutwurst, Morcilla - with red wine poached pears and whipped foie gras butter…YES, I said it FOIE GRAS BUTTER. This was delicious as Gregorio can attest to that! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
